LEAN Strategic Policy Deployment (SPD)
Successful LEAN implementation means involving your entire organization starting down the path to a LEAN thinking culture. The purpose of Strategic Policy Deployment is to align every employee's daily activities to pursue the True North goals of the organization. (True North is the core strategic vision of the organization, and usually it includes three (3) key focus areas). This course will change how you approach your strategic planning process to set alignment to True North goals.
FVWDB's LEAN Team offers a variety of tailored and personalized training courses designed to ensure that participants from your organization will know what LEAN operations strategy is, why it works, and how to apply LEAN principles in their organization.
