Fox Valley Workforce Development Board (FVWDB) believes that the most effective workforce development training is driven by employer needs. Therefore, our goal is to link services provided to employer needs and continually seek input from employers within our six county workforce development region. To achieve that goal, several trained Business Services Managers work with employers, economic development professionals, training institutions, and other partners throughout the region.
